Hi! My name is Ricardo and I'm a User Experience / Product Design leader based in Oslo, Norway. I'm a seasoned professional with a very broad skill set acquired over many years of practical, hands-on experience, in multiple roles in the entire product lifecycle, with a special focus on the disciplines of Information Architecture & User Experience. I'm very passionate about my work and I thrive when surrounded by like-minded people. I practice User-Centered, Data-Informed Design and I advocate for consistent practices and standards, as well as tried and tested Design methodologies and processes. I have changed the way companies work just by introducing something as simple as Personas. I always hit the ground running and focus on “getting sh*t done”, although I prefer to “get sh*t done right”.
