Created and owned Product Vision through comprehensive process: user research and journey mapping, discovery workshops with stakeholders, business leadership interviews, co-creation sessions, and presentation to senior leadership. Aligned all teams on approved vision.
Owned discovery, validation, and feature roadmap decisions, deferring only deeply technical and specific business line decisions to appropriate experts. Led cross-functional workshops on product strategy, features, and direction.
Built discovery infrastructure connecting support operations to product team through central dashboard, enabling identification of usability issues driving high operational costs. Systematic approach to resolving user experience pain points reduced support costs by millions through targeted product improvements.
Contributed to strategic response team addressing competitive threat from Starlink's simplified installation approach, developing rapid market response using existing capabilities

Design Internship Program (Viasat)

Created and ran a six-month design internship programme sourcing untapped talent. Built a curriculum around real product challenges and a mentoring structure that became a talent pipeline and capability builder.
