Logentries' cybersecurity platform needed to scale from small teams to enterprise deployments with complex workflows and high data volumes. Existing interface struggled with enterprise-scale operations causing performance issues and usability problems. The redesign needed to support both simple use cases and complex enterprise workflows without creating multiple divergent experiences.
