Major supermarket chains needed loyalty program kiosk system designed and ready for retail deployment within 3-day deadline. Extremely compressed timeline required efficient design process delivering complete UX solution without iteration time. The kiosk needed to work for diverse user populations including elderly customers with limited technical literacy.
